At Sociolution, we support people experiencing economic hardship and/or belonging to minority communities (racialized people, disabled people, LGBTQ+ people, etc.).

Our observation is consistent: difficulties do not simply add up , they intertwine.

Fragile health, lack of accommodations, limited resources, or restricted access to rights make employment, housing, and financial stability unstable. Conversely, material insecurity quickly worsens health, isolation, and the loss of rights.

The MANTRAS Plan was born from this reality. It provides a coordinated support framework that acts on multiple dimensions of life at the same time, without artificially separating them.

M for Medical

Facilitating access to healthcare and ongoing support.

Sociolution is not a medical service. We help individuals understand their rights, connect with appropriate professionals, and maintain consistent follow‑up over time.

Health determines the ability to work, adapt, and plan for the future.

A for Adaptations

Making daily life and work possible.

Adaptations concern housing, workstations, tools, and organization. They help reduce exhaustion, protect health, and maintain material stability.

N for Nutrition

Supporting access to sufficient food.

Within the MANTRAS Plan, nutrition is about access. Sociolution works to prevent food insecurity from worsening overall precarity.

Being able to eat regularly determines energy levels, health, and the ability to sustain daily life.

T for Tailoring

Facilitating access to appropriate clothing.

Clothing plays a direct role in access to employment, administrative processes, and social space. It contributes to legitimacy and recognition.

R for Resources

Making information and tools accessible.

Without an understanding of administrative, legal, and digital systems, rights remain theoretical. Resources transform exclusion into the ability to act.

A for Activities

Creating connection and supporting gradual autonomy.

The activities offered by Sociolution aim to break isolation and support social, creative, or professional momentum oriented toward autonomy.

S for Securities

Stabilizing in order to project into the future.

Security concerns housing, financial situation, and relational environment. Without stability, life paths remain fragile and exposed to relapse.

A Cross‑Cutting Approach, Not a List of Aid

The MANTRAS Plan is not a list of assistance programs. It is an interconnected system.

Each dimension influences the others:

  • working requires health, adaptations, and resources
  • housing requires financial security and stability
  • accessing rights requires information and support

It is this articulation that makes sustainable pathways out of precarity possible.

You Can Act With Us

Sociolution exists thanks to those who refuse to leave people behind.
