The Nutrition component of the MANTRAS Plan is based on a simple principle: eating properly begins with being able to eat at all.
In this framework, nutrition is not about dietetics. It is about access, regularity, and compatibility with a person’s living conditions.
Our Role
Sociolution is not a nutrition service nor a dietary monitoring provider.
Our role is to promote access to food when it becomes an aggravating factor in precarity, declining health, or isolation.
We intervene to ensure that food does not become an additional obstacle to stability.
What We Do in Practice
Depending on individual situations, we act to:
- facilitate access to regular food
- direct people toward existing programs and solutions
- take into account health-related constraints such as intolerances, treatments, or eating disorders
- avoid unrealistic food-related expectations in contexts of economic hardship
Our goal is to guarantee a sustainable minimum level of food access over time.
Why This Axis Is Necessary
Food insecurity quickly leads to:
- deterioration of physical and mental health
- loss of energy and concentration
- difficulty maintaining work, training, or administrative routines
Promoting access to food helps preserve the basic capacities necessary for autonomy.
A Coordinated Approach
The Nutrition component works in connection with:
- the Medical component, when food is constrained by health conditions
- Resources, to make programs accessible
- Securities, since access to food depends directly on financial stability
This coordination prevents food access from becoming an invisible factor of failure.
Who It Is For
This support is intended for people who:
- face difficulties accessing food
- experience economic hardship that severely limits food choices
- see their health or stability affected by food insecurity
Our Positioning
We act in complementarity with existing programs.
Our objective is not to prescribe, but to make access possible and sustainable.
Act With Us
