The Medical component of the MANTRAS Plan is based on a simple observation: without effective access to healthcare, no lasting stability is possible.

Health determines the ability to work, adapt, assert one’s rights, and plan for the future. When it is fragile, everything else becomes precarious.

Our Role

Sociolution is not a medical service. We do not provide diagnoses, treatment, or prescriptions.

Our role is to facilitate access and support continuity of care.

We intervene to prevent isolation, administrative complexity, or financial hardship from blocking access to appropriate healthcare.

What We Do in Practice

Depending on individual situations, we support people in:

  • understanding their rights and existing programs such as CSS, AME, ALD, RQTH, and others
  • identifying healthcare professionals able to meet their specific needs
  • preparing for medical appointments, including questions, documents, and priorities
  • facilitating referrals to specialists when necessary
  • supporting the establishment and long-term maintenance of ongoing care

Our goal is to make healthcare pathways clear, accessible, and sustainable.

Why This Axis Is Central

Without accessible and continuous healthcare:

  • employment becomes unstable or even impossible
  • necessary adaptations cannot be properly identified
  • administrative processes remain incomplete
  • fatigue and exhaustion take hold

The medical dimension is not isolated. It conditions the effectiveness of all other components of the MANTRAS Plan.

A Coordinated Approach

The Medical component works closely with:

  • Adaptations, to translate health-related needs into concrete accommodations
  • Resources, to make rights effective and actionable
  • Securities, since material stability facilitates access to and continuity of care

This coordination helps prevent disruptions in life pathways.

Who It Is For

This support is intended for people who:

  • encounter obstacles in accessing healthcare
  • face fragmented or interrupted medical pathways
  • experience economic hardship that makes procedures difficult
  • need support so they do not face the healthcare system alone

Our Positioning

We work in complementarity with healthcare professionals, social services, and institutions.

Our objective is not to replace them, but to make care pathways possible.

Act With Us
